Just for clarification, what exactly do you mean by "increase the dosage"? Do you mean that you're putting more ground coffee in your portafilter basket than you used to?

Did you have an idea that the doser adjustment had somehow decreased its volume over time, concurrent with your increasingly coarser grinds?
