I buy roasted beans from CoffeeAM. I grind them in a Mazzer Mini. I use

I was getting pretty good 20 sec pours up to about 3 months ago. I have not
changed anything on the grinder.
My grind is pretty fine (whatever that means). A pour takes about 10
seconds, and there is a little crema.
I backflush the Livia a couple times a month. I have replaced the
portafilter gasket.
What am I doing wrong?
check the portafilter basket for cracks, either at the very bottom
rim, or around the top rim. you might have to look very closely, and
maybe push around a bit. you're looking for a fine hairline crack.
if you don't see one, change the basket anyway. if that makes a
difference, then you've found the problem.
