What Am I Doing Wrong with My Livia?

I buy roasted beans from CoffeeAM. I grind them in a Mazzer Mini. I use the doser with the single basket for the Livia. My cups are watery, tasting more like coffee from Dunkin Donuts than espresso.

I was getting pretty good 20 sec pours up to about 3 months ago. I have not changed anything on the grinder.

My grind is pretty fine (whatever that means). A pour takes about 10 seconds, and there is a little crema.

I backflush the Livia a couple times a month. I have replaced the portafilter gasket.

What am I doing wrong?
