DH thnks that now they may have decided to throw in an assortment of
spare
screws.

any spare screws would have turned up long before now.

A new owner of a rocky did however grind an extra screw upon first
turn-on that
"Guido " left behind at the factory

Thanks.

Well, 'something' is going on. While getting things together to install
the new burr grinder, after reading your posting, he decided to turn it
upside down, and a screw fell out!

I have no idea what this ball of metal was that turned up Monday
morning,
but seems curiouser-and-curiourer. (Alan, spellcheck!)

Hi Dee, it could be a screw that secures the SS back casing to the motor,
possibly a cable anchor screw of the like. you should pull the casing off
to
find out.

The screw that dropped out of the Rocky is the same length and size
type screw that holds the ss housing. He's taking the housing off now
to see if one is missing, and if this one that fell out is one that
could be missing.

Thanks for the pic.
