Thus to my point, am I not getting a low brew temp if I am getting
water that is around ~80 degrees in the vessel? Secondly, that is why
I posted on here to see if anyone was local with equipment like a
scale device and the knowledge to adjust the pressure stat or anything
else that needs adjustment rather than sending the machine on a fun
filled journey inside a few cardboard boxes. I am not opposed to
sending it out, but I thought that perhaps someone would know a good
resource here in MA.
