He goofed???? He didn't pay close enough attention????
You can pay as close attention as you like - the simplest and most
straightforward order sequence (follow the links to the coffee
description, click add to cart, click checkout) does not give any
indication of bag size, no matter how closely you look.
First button I hit when I got to their site, took me to that picture
of the bag information.
I can't imaigine a simpler or more straightforward order sequence than
that.
I can - and I described it at length:
Go to home page, click 'our coffees', select coffee, click 'add to
cart', click 'checkout'.
If you had followed that sequence, you could have purchased numerous
bags without any indication of the package size.
I don't dispute that it may have been _possible_ to find out the
package size, if you had clicked a particular sequence of links, only
that you could follow a simple straightforward direct order process
and purchase coffee without the package size ever being specified.
As it happens, it does now mention bag size at every location that you
can choose to buy coffee (at least, every location I can find). I
think this is an improvement to the web site (you can, of course,
continue to disagree).
