local Boston resource question

After getting my millennium working again I am still a little
frustrated with some sour tones in the coffee. My working theory on
this is it is due to water temperature not bean problems. As such,
does anyone know someone local to the Boston area who has the
equipment to test this theory out? I don't feel like buying all the
equipment needed, but would be happy to pay someone to help.
