Re: Roasting Coffee In The House

<snip>
A couple of questions: How is
the noise level?

OK, even when both fans are turned on high speed. Usually, one fan on
low is sufficient.

Does it sound like a jet about to take off? Not at all. If you can
find a store that sells them, you can hear for yourself. You can
listen to mine over the phone, if you are contemplating buying one.

And where
does the grease end up if there is no filter?

Each fan has a little plastic cup near it, that eventually fills with
oil. I'm neglectful, and probably clean them out on an annual basis.

Best,
Larry
