de-scaling might help. Urnex Cleancaf -- it is not a pressure issue.

Also, the knob used to open the steam wand is making a loud screech on
the first 1/4 - 1/2 turn. Maybe a little oil will fix that.

You can try it. the silvia valves can be problematic. A complete
teardown and lubrication of the valve ( vaseline or similar lube) may
be the only solution.

Also yank the knob off and remove the plastic bushing that you may
see, depending on vintage of the machine. that can contribute to
binding.
