You could try simply unscrewing the thermostat out of its little threaded
hole first. IIRC there are 3 tstats, same as the Silvia, 107C (Brew), 135C
(Steam) and 145C (Overtemp, with button) and they all screw in.
M4 x 0.7 thread, I think.
