Progress report of latest PID'd Gaggia Carezza.

I tossed the three CAL 3200s back in the drawer for now & installed a Watlow
935A-1CC0 in the Carezza.

Auto tuned 935A after 60 minutes:
Set point - 226F
Temp displayed - 226F

Auto tuned 3200 after 60 minutes:
Set point - 226F
Temp displayed - 235F

The 3200s, either with RTD or "T" type TC, consistently displayed temps
higher than the set point. I haven't rec'd the compression fitting and "T"
type probe, so maybe once I'm reading actual water temps and not just
surface temps the 3200s will be adequate.
