Another visit to Antigua Coffee House in Pearland, TX...

I needed a half-pound of coffee for a social event and not feeling the least
bit obligated to share my Smith Farms Kona, I picked up some Guatemalan
Antigua medium roasted beans from the Antigua Coffee house in Pearland, TX.
This is the best coffee for drip brewing that Juan's roasted yet - very good
cup of coffee with a very broad taste profile; from mellow low-notes to some
flowery hi-notes. It received very favorable ratings (I always put out a
small questionnaire for those who'd like to comment).
I suggest that if you're in the area (or even if you'd have to drive across
town) you might want to stop off at the Antigua Coffee House in Pearland for
some fine roasted coffee beans! And if there's enough interest in it we
might be able to talk Juan into hosting some cupping seminars?
