No thanks, not airtight enough for me. I use glass jars with good seals.

Short-term glass or plastics aren't going to be as significant,
whether it's frozen, before or after, gassed and broken down three
days for darker blended caramelized sugar changes into a right ripened
drink. That there's no discernible difference to blindfolded
drinkers, slipping them this or that, is all it takes.
