Lots of energy drinks out there are packing 200mg + of caffiene... along
with gensing, guarana, taurine, etc....
the theory is that these drinks speed up your metabolism so you burn more
calories.. plus giving you a boost in energy. you'd have to just dry these
products out for yourself to see if there is any benifit.
In the bars they are mixing these producs with thier alcohol now so you can
stay awake longer and drink more. gotta love the 21st century.
