* I tried to unscrew the group screen but the screw won't budge. I did
the group-head cleaning about 1.5 years ago... any advice on loosening the
screw? I tried with the machine in cold and in warm condition.

1) turn machine upside down

2) use a flat headed screwdriver & hammer to "chisel" the RH edge of the
showerscreen in the anticlockwise direction.

3) As soon as the showerscreen begins to rotate, you should be able to undo
the screw.
