I know it is late in your day! Of course I love birds and would adore
to have a swan around here, but alas they never made the trans-Pacific
flight as other birds did- 2800 miles. My suggestion is to call your
local Humane Society. They know what to do and handle all sorts of
issues like this. (My sister runs the Humane Society on Oahu and I
hear many tales with happy endings.)
