Yes, its is possible! Take your Silvia and your pr-ground coffee to a good cafe like Gimme in Brooklyn, 9th St. Coffee in E. 9th St. in NYC, or perhaps Cafe Victrola in Seattle. Order a shot of espresso or your preferred drink. and make believe it came from your Silvia and pre-ground coffee.
