USPS did well, delivery on the same day sent.
It's a shame that Steve at Ecco doesn't see that this is good publicity.

I personally thought the original post was ill written and came off as a
frustration with Ecco and not just USPS.

But would you not deal with Ecco on the basis of that post ro would you seek
more evidence before conviction? :-)
