Thanks Terry. I spoke to the EPNW technician again yesterday, and he
has been very helpful. I know that diagnosing a problem over the phone
is tough.

believe. I am wondering if there is a thermal cutoff switch that is
malfunctioning?

If anybody out there can help with ideas for diagnostics, an electrical
schematic diagram, or any other information, I would appreciate
feedback. Also, I would like suggestions for espresso machine repair
in the San Francisco-East Bay area.
