Portsmouth market has a royal charter from King Charles or somewhere
when, so although the council often could not decide whether to
support it or not through the ages, it must be allowed within the city
boundaries one day a week at least. This only applies to fresh produce.

I frequented both Dusseldorf and Vienna Christmas markets and like to
see them here. I can do quite a nice Kartoffel puffer since I tried

from this side of the EU..
An honoured guest invitation to Espresso/Capa's under
your posh new roof, to welcome Spring (and a subtle sell)?
..bet you'll get at least interested ears - and perhaps
a really positive reception..?? :))

whoever they are) in the last ..ooo.. six or seven weeks...? ;))
