The grinder would run 16.5% slower on 50Hz.

Which may or may not make a discernible difference to performance.

Right.., & take a little longer to grind your dose, & I would possibly imagine if grinding a lot ot coffee at once., the conical burr set would run a touch cooler. On a Rocky 50mm flat burr set @ 60Hz & 1,600 rpm, running @ 50Khz would be ( -264 rpm) or 1,336 rpm & the flat burr set running cooler.
Just an educated guess/hypothesis eh?
