Probably for a 7 gram shot; many single baskets are -- anyone who can
produce a drinkable 7 gram shot with the LM basket, for instance, has
to be some sort of espresso genius.
Remember, the current Italian practice, judging by every cafe I
visited the last time I was there, is to produce 1 sip, 15 mL, shots
from a 7 gram dose. A "standard" 25mL shot at the same concentration
would require a basket filled with 10 to 12 grams.
