I know when I get a particular sound from my setup I know it's right.
However, if I were to go and use your machine, your pitcher, and the
same quantity of milk you use, I couldn't que off of my particular sound
because it will be different on your setup.
Different style pitchers, different size pitchers, different espresso
machines, and different quantities of milk produce different sounds. I
suggest you pay more attention to visual and temperature ques until
you're familiar with how your particular setup performs. When you get
everything right, you'll know what sounds to expect.
