After reading some of Chris's notes on tasting 0.2C temperature
differences; it struck me that perhaps the best test for a reputedly
stable machine is not tasting any differences in consecutive shots don
at the same settings.
Seems like the GS3 fits the bill. It also seems like, after several
generations of dual boiler machines, all the "gotchas" have been
recognized and engineered out, so they are getting close to their full
potential.
