Expand... I moved from an Olympia MaxiMatic to a commercial HX
machine - with which a make 1-3 cappa's a day - and I wouldn't
DREAM of going back. The HX is superior in every way I count.
(Mind you, in the end, I only REALLY count the taste in the cup,
so who can say?)
