Stirred up a hornet's nest with this I guess... :) I didn't mean to get into
a philosophical argument over what's better or worse (constant temp vs. falling temp).
It seems to me that the big, heavy, "real" machines have so much mass that they tend
to NOT have a falling profile. Trying to simulate that with a smaller (and much less
expensive) machine is the goal I'm thinking of. Until arbitrary profiles
(constant or otherwise) can be controlled, it's all speculation.
