New Brewtus brew head pressure mod?

Took the plunge and have now had the Brewtus for about 4 days. Still working
on the right setup but real nice upgrade from my krupps and briel setups.
Wondering if the Allen screw that seals front hole in the middle of the e-61
group head can be fitted with a pressure gauge. I loosened this and found
that the only time there is water present in this hole its seems is when you
have the lever up and are brewing a shot.
Has any one done this?
Also looking for ideas to auto fill the reservoir
