Sylvia Problems

My Sylvia is not pouring very fast and chokes easily. I ran a cleaner
through it on Sunday but it did not seem to help. I adjusted my Rocky
grinder from about an "8" to a "15" and barely tamp, but it still takes
several minutes to pour a double. Any ideas? TIA
