Well, there's a lot of 2nd hand, container sized, vertical drum, 3
minute roasters out there, going cheap; since they were all the rage
20 years ago, and now even Folgers has given up on them now (probably
they don't work so well with Viet robusta). Unfortunately, my
apartment is too small ;-)
My question was more theoretical; and I was pretty sure some pro
roaster somewhere had worked up a variable speed drum ("I haven't
rebuilt my roaster in the last few weeks, I need to do something
quick.")
