Make one pot per weekend?

Hi,
My girlfrend makes one pot of coffee on Saturday morning and drinks it the
entire weekend. She microwaves cups from the first brew for the remainder of
the weekend to warm it up. She says the coffee doesn't go bad in just one
day (Sunday) and can't understand why I think she nuts. We agreed I'd post
this message to this group (I've cc'd her), and get your opinions on this
practice.
She does have a good point - it probably isn't bad and doesn't gather a
whole lot of harmful bacteria (although I don't think she refrigerates
it)....Beside the freshness aspect, I can't really come up with a really
good reason she shouldn't do it. What do you think?
.
