Of course, switching back and forth between regular and decaf is a real
killer. For this reason, if one has use for decaf regularly, it is a real,
affordable, luxury to have 2 espresso grinders. Being as most will drink a
lot less decaf than regular, the 2nd grinder might be the old one you had
before you bought the ne plus ultra you have now. Or, as I mentioned
previously, buy 2 Cimbali Jr. grinders, one for regular and one for decaf,
and spend no more than you would for one Versalab. It was such a great idea
that I did it years before the Versalab came out. Does this make me
prescient?
