I'm finding that beans, after 3 days old, require a finer grind for my
Zaffiro. My Iberital/Nemox/Aerolatte grinder, simply can't hack it, even on
min setting. However the Zass, can still do the job. I still believe the
Zass to be the best grinder on the market - for the money.
