Just wondering what the first impressions are on this from actual
users. I have been on an Iphone 3G for the last two years, having
come from Verizon to ATT in order to get it. My contract is over and
from what I can see from the utube demos Droid X seems like a very
nice phone. Any feedback will be appreciated.
Thanks,
I've been reading about it and did some homework on a couple of
applications that I need. They exist. Today I went in to a
Verizon store and got my hands on one. I like the big screen,
and it is smaller (or very much the same size) than my four
year old Palm Pilot which I carry in my pocket now. Considering it
will handily replace the Palm Pilot, my current Razr phone, and
my pocket/car Garmin GPS unit, I ordered one. I am on a Mac and
verified that Missing Sync now has a Droid X version. It does. I
couldn't any long think of a good reason to hold out for an
iPhone any longer. Apple is great, but so is Google's
Android OS.
