Interesting... I just ported my number from Verizon to Time Warner
without any problems whatsoever. It turned over on the scheduled date
and all I've gotten from Verizon was a letter, saying they're sorry to
see me go and inviting me back at some future date if I so chose.
When FIOS comes around I'll probably take them up on it.
