Questions on Contract renewals, NE2, etc.

My current verizon wireless contract (with four users) expires in
March. I think we are now eligible to get new phones at a discount. My
daughter is away at college, and her current phone is dying.

Questions:

- Do we need to renew our contract when we get new phones?


- Do we all need to get new phones at the same time? Same place?


- Do we get a better deal if we get new phones when we renew our
contract?
