CDMA continues to grow at a faster pace in the U.S., and around the world, than GSM. This is particularly interesting since it's really only Verizon in the U.S. that's gaining subscribers, Sprint is shrinking.

Europe is the holdout for CDMA voice, though they use CDMA for 3G.
