And speaking of contracts, did you ever read your customer service
agreement-- the document that controls your relationship with them?
It says they can change whatever they want whenever they want-- and
your only recourse if the change is "material" is to leave without
having to pay the early termination fee. It's a contract that only
binds you to the terms you agreed to when you signed up....
