T-Mobile has 5
ATT has 4
Sprint 1

Verizon ought to take a look and wake up and dump a bunch of their
crappy phones!

It's just a misinformed author. I.e., the Q is available on Verizon, and
several of the other PDA phones have CDMA equivalents on Verizon.

I don't know that the author is that misinformed. While Verizon
does sell a Motorola Q (two models in fact), the Motorola Q they
like is a newer version than Verizon sells. The review for the
Q they like actually links to a review they did of the Verizon
version, so they know the difference.

As for the Blackberrys, two of the three they like have WiFi support
while the third is cheaper than anything Verizon sells. I don't see
any phone on their list for which Verizon has an exact feature-for-feature
match.

This is not 'new' news to longtime Verizoners. Slow to market (maybe not completely their fault since GSM has a greater world-wide market share), and limited features (designed to force you to spend extra $ every month). For consumners it sucks, for stockholders it seems to be working. Good news is, it seems to be slowly changing.
