Motorola V265 - "Busy Try Again" on use of camera or photos

Anyone seen this?

When I try to take a picture the message "Busy Try again" comes on the screen. Same when I try for the photos area.

I have removed the battery and also reset the phone to original config.

I have heard it may be a cable problem but that seems like a lot since everything else seems fine.

Anyone have this?
