Check the Security features available on your cellphone. You may be able to
restrict calls. For example, some cellphones can be set to only receive
calls from people or numbers in your Contacts list. Other calls go directly
to voice mail without ringing the phone. Otherwise I don't think you can
"reject" individual callers. Setting the ringer to silent, as suggested,
seems like a reasonable solution also.

Does anyone here know if any cell phone carriers provide a call
screening feature that rejects calls form a specific number?

I have it on my home digital voice service, why can't it be provided on
cell services?
