What's the deal?
Why did you have this conversation with your Verizon rep? Was it
because the battery died prematurely? If so, they'll ask what is your
normal charging practice and then tell you you're not supposed to do
that and therefore the battery failure is your fault.
Not at all. My son purchased a new phone, and he was sure to tell him
not to charge overnight. When he saw my Q9, he added...you too...no
overnight charging.
