Samsung u740 email and exchange

I've got a Samsung u740 and the VZW email set up to relay messages
from the corporate exchange server. It currently relays all emails
(spam, all folders, etc). Is there a way to limit this to only
specific folders so I won't have to download hundreds of useless
emails each time I connect?
