Does this phone suck or what! I have a 2 year contract which is

The charging port is bogus and when you plug the phone in it shuts
down. I have phone insurance and they charge me $50.00 to replace this
crappy phone. I have asked to be allowed for an early upgrade due to
the numerous problems and 3 replacements but they refuse to. Now with
the latest replacement when I push the buttoms to dial sometimes it
takes 3 or 4 times for the button to actually work. I think the
verizon network has gotten bad also. I have experienced some dropped
calls. I thought verizon was suppose to have the best network and
fewest dropped calls. What camera phone should I eventually replace
this shitty phone with. I only use the phone for calling and a pic if
necessary.
I think part of your problem lies with what I consider the bogus insurance
plan. You may have had trouble with your original phone. That happens
sometimes. But the way the insurance works is that they usually send a
refurb, which means you get someone else's headache. They're supposed to
refurbish them to specs, but I have experienced them having missed a problem
or two, as they usually only address the problem that the phone was
reportedly sent back for.
I will add, though, that my son just replaced his phone under the plan and
the replacement is perfect.
I guess what I'm saying is that it's probably not productive to categorize
the phone as being 'bad'. Unfortunately you've been thrown into a system
that has many potential deficit areas.
