Oh, I believe the spammer called your cellphone, but I don't believeyou
were polite! ;-)
(she starts reading her sales script).....which included a warning that
her company's application had already been mailed to my business PO box
address.
"Excuse me, I'm not interested, I don't take credit cards for my service
calls. Can you remove me from all your databases and cold call lists?",
I asked her.
In an incredulous voice, she said, "You don't take credit cards?! You
should (and started reading from another script I didn't want to hear)...
"No, no. Listen, you've cold called my cellphone number, which is on the
DO NOT CALL LIST. I just want you to remove it all from the databases
and never call me again.", I interrupted her.
"I don't care about that. You need to check out our credit card offer
which will arrive in your mailbox in the next couple of days!", she says
in an abusive, raised voice which pissed me off enough to post their
information I got from switchboard.com from my caller ID they forgot to
block. I did call back, of course it's always busy signals....(c;
I was as polite as I could be. Are you happier now, Todd?
