Here are the menu items that display:

1) Service Program 031 04252130
2) Field Tests
3) Force Mode
4) Force Call
5) Data
6) SMS
7) H/W Test
8) FCC Test

I tried (1) and the display responded "031 04252130"

When I selected "Exit" the phone rebooted.

I decided it was time for more advice before I ran something I
shouldn't.
