Update to Treo 700w

My contract will soon be up with cruddy Nextel and I will be moving to
Verizon. I'm thinking about the Treo 700w but I hear a newer model may
be out soon. Anybody hear anything?

I'd hate to sign a 2 yr. contract and see a new Windows Treo a month
later.
