Treo 700W has been out for a few months and 650 a couple of years ...
I haven't found any glitches and quirks ... but I am used to PPC.

I heard about "glitches and quirks" in the 700, where reviews on the 650
say it's an extremely stable device. Are these "quirks" just being
unfamiliar with a new device, and the slightly increased complexity of the
win device??
Thanks

I think it is personal preference for the user ... palm trees or windows.
I have the 700w after having a seperate cell phone and PPC ... because I
like prefer the windows OS. Most desktop users are familiar with windows
so I steer them towards PPC/Windows Mobile devices because the learning
curve is not as steep.

Hi All,
I'm considering a Treo from Verizon as an update. Long time Verizon
customer...used the Treo 600 for a while...familiar with using both Palm
OS and Window Mobile. Given all that, I'd appreciate your comments on
the 650 vs the 700w. Yeah, there are rumors abour Palms demise...always
have been...and stories about the extra scrolling, taps and instability
of PPC and Win Mobile.
I'd appreciate your thoughts on using both, and how you would go.
Thanks much!
