I use Datapilot to load phone numbers etc from the PC rather than key them
in to the phone, and it worked fine with a Motorola V220, but now I have a
new LG VX5200 and can't get it to work. I have talked to and emailed their
support more than a dozen times with no luck so far. Is it just me or has
anyone else had trouble with them?

I had the same problem when I upgraded from VX4400 to VX6100. They told me
that my version of DP didn't support that new of a phone & I would have to
upgrade to the latest DP release for just a little less money than buying a
whole new program. Basically whenever you upgrade, like every 2 years you
have to buy a new DataPilot program. I dropped them like a hot potato & went
to BitPim.
