Did you ask Rat Shack? They will almost do what it takes to get you into a
phone. Go In there and say your not a customer. Point out the price of the
phone you want from verizon. If they say yes, Cancel your account with
verizon, Then go back to Rat Shack and buy it. Of course you wont be able to
get your same phone number.
