You are using the wrong stuff for logons....
qwk2net is userid qnc password qnc <--- no quotes and lower case
express/na/1x is xxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxx

You have two at signs in the one you wrote, and most software will take the
last one you list (in your case it becomes vzw.com)

The area doesn't matter (as long as you are in a verizon native area, I live
and travel in my RV, and have been using it for the last few years.. Go
figger, I have a Baltimore phone number (use my sisters address for billing,
and a local number so she can call me free) but am in Las Vegas.. doesn't
matter much now, but wait till january! :)

As for the plan, I have had the same one for 6 years... I hear the new ones
(AC2), may not have the option you need, but skirt the truth and ask for get
it now (GIN not actually needed but the option is added without explaining
your true intentions- oh, and it's free to add)
